A summer job like no other

Working with Camp Carlo is not your typical summer camp job. Camp Carlo is a Catholic summer camp built on the idea that counselors and campers will grow in their faith and love of Christ. Our campers grow in their faith through the guidance and mentorship of young, enthusiastic Catholic counselors who serve as role models in a fun and safe environment.  Our counselors have the opportunity to grow in their love of Christ through daily mass, Eucharistic adoration, theological discussions, and by working in a community of young Catholics. If you love your Catholic faith and enjoy working with kids, Camp Carlo might be the perfect summer job for you.

We are currently accepting applications for the 2024 season. We are looking for Volunteers (8th grade and up), Jr Counselors (rising 9th-10th grade), and Counselors (rising 11th grade and up). Why not make this an awesome summer and come work with Camp Carlo?!

To apply, please click the button below and complete the application.  Once applications have been reviewed, those qualified will be contacted for an interview.  If you are invited to interview, you will be required to create and submit a lesson plan for a camp of your choosing from the 2023 schedule.
